My name is Sammy, welcome to my page! I'm a Chicago native who followed my heart and taste buds South to Georgia so I could pursue my dreams of having a true farm-to-table Supper Club!
Before moving to Atlanta, I started my cooking career as a Sushi Chef in Chicago, then transitioned into working as a private chef and seasonally with a local farm for 6 years. I was inspired by local farmers, eating seasonally, and the importance of knowing where your food comes from, which lead me to opening a farm-to-table pop- up restaurant.
Chicago Supper Club was not your average supper club... The location was different each month, and hosted all around the city. From Macy's on State Street , to farms, local restaurants, even rooftops up in the skyline. I've had the privilege to work and learn from truly talented chefs and farmers. My pop-up dinners and dishes quickly became notorious around town. In March, I was asked to open in Politan Row Chicago, but COVID had other plans for me. After one more market season, I decided to leave the Windy City and head South to Georgia.
My partner and I are currently hosting private dinner events area and started our own farm and expect our first harvest Spring 2021!
