My name is Sammy, welcome to my page! I am the Chef and founder of Chicago Supper Club, a small pop up that began in 2018. For the past 8 years, I have worked closely with local farmers because I think it's important to know where your food comes from and what's on your plate. My 7 course farm-to-table dining experience offers a seasonal, rotating menu sourcing only local ingredients. Chicago Supper Club is hosted Monday & Tuesdays in Logan Square every week until January. |
