My name is Sammy, I'm a Chicago native who followed my heart and taste buds south to Georgia so I could pursue my dreams of having a true farm-to-table Supper Club!
Before moving to Atlanta, I started my cooking career as a Sushi Chef in Chicago, then worked at a hotel called The Pump Room. After years of working under Chefs, I transitioned into working as a private chef and spent my summers working with Mick Klug Farms for 6 years. I was inspired by local farmers, eating seasonally, and the importance of knowing where your food comes from, which lead me to opening a little farm-to-table pop- up restaurant called Chicago Supper Club.
Chicago Supper Club was not your average supper club... The location was different each month, from Macy's on State Street, to outer city farms, local restaurants, even rooftops up in the skyline. I've had the privilege of working and learning from Chicago's most talented chefs and farmers. My pop-up dinners and dishes quickly became notorious around town. In March, I was asked to open in Politan Row Chicago, but COVID had other plans for me. I decided to leave the Windy City and moved to Georgia with my boyfriend to start our farm. We are expecting our first harvest in Spring 2021!
Jeff and I, both being chefs, decided it was also time we start working together. We love to cook and meet new people, so whatever you are celebrating/hosting/or just need someone to cook you dinner, we'd love to hear from you!
