My name is Sammy, I'm a private chef and amateur farmer from Chicago. I started working in the restaurant industry in 2012 as a sushi chef then started my own business as a private chef in 2015. I started teaching sushi and pasta classes, hosting small dinner parties and working seasonally with a farm in Michigan at local markets in the city.
My passion is to create art with everything I cook. My food is very personal to me and inspired by the people and places I love and mean the most. the Chef and Founder of Chicago Supper Club, a true farm-to-table dinner club that started in 2018. I work closely with farmers and I believe it's important to know what's on your plate and where it comes from. Chicago Supper Club offers a seasonal, rotating tasting menu only using local ingredients.
