My name is Sammy, I'm the Chef and Founder of Chicago Supper Club, a true farm-to-table dinner club that started in 2018. I work closely with farmers and I believe it's important to know what's on your plate and where it comes from. Chicago Supper Club offers a seasonal, rotating tasting menu only using local ingredients.
I'm a Chicago Native and spent most of my life in Illinois. I've lived in California, Michigan, and Georgia and typically travel somewhere warm during Chiberia season.
My passion is to create art with everything I cook. My food is very personal to me and inspired by the people and places I love and mean the most.
